Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Unfortunately I do not accept returns.


Q: Can I get a refund for my order?

A: I offer refunds for packages lost or damaged by USPS. I also offer refunds if the item is damaged due to a production error. Photos are required for damaged item refund eligibility. Shipping information is required for lost packages.


Q: My order didn't arrive what happened?

A: All orders placed come with a tracking number. Please check your tracking number and contact your local post office. I ship through USPS and what happens to packages after I ship them is out of my control. I can and will do my best to help you locate a lost package. Refunds for lost or stolen packages are eligible after 30 days of the tracking number showing that the package has not been delivered.

Q: How long is the turn around time for custom items?

A: It varies per item but generally the turnaround time will be between 1-2 weeks. Please contact me for more details or with any questions.
